TECHNOLOGY

RRPL was a most modern foundry to cast quality Aluminum alloy billets applying hot top casting process . Its alloy composition is controlled by State of Art Equipment. The plant also has State of Art System Puller. The technology has been acquired from China. RRPL also provides Powder Coating and Colour Anodizing facilities to their end customers.

ASSET QUALITY

RRPL'S extrusion presses have been manufactured by renowned equipment manufacturers Hydromech Industries. The Company’s new 600 MT press line was commissioned in June 2013 with extrusion press by Hydromech industries and the extrusion handling system by Wangheshi (China), representing most advanced technologies in the world. RRPL possesses an inventory of more than 1000 dies to manufacture over 500 profiles.

INTEGRATION

RRPL possesses in house facilities for die manufacturing, melting and casting of billets and extrusions Manufacturing facility with two press lines.
